Description

HADSL is an Advanced ISV IBM Business partner. Its sole focus is the FirM suite of Identity and Resource Management tools.

FirM comprises a core team of highly experienced Domino consultants and 10+ associate consultants. The core FirM team includes:

• Bill Buchan. Bill is a dual-PCLP in Domino v3, v4, v5 and v6 and now nd7 - one of only 20 with this qualification in Europe. He is a 10-year veteran of Lotus Domino. In terms of speaking engagements:
  • Is presenting at the Irish Lotus Notes User Group event in June 2006
  • Is presenting at DNUG 2006
  • He presented at EntwicklerCamp 2006 on "Worst Practices" and on "Beyond Lotusscript"
  • He presented at Lotusphere 2006 on Object Orientated Programming in Lotuscript, on "Worst Practices" with Paul Mooney, and was invited on stage at Gurupalloza again.
  • He was invited to present at Lotusphere 2005 on "Best Practices in Object Orientated Programming in Lotuscript" (voted one of the top 15% of presenters) and invited to join the Guru Panel at Gurupalooza Lotusphere 2005
  As well as Domino qualifications, Bill is also IBM Websphere v4 certified, Portal v5 (admin and development) certified, Java v2 programmer and Microsoft MCSE/NT certified. He has worked on Enterprise-level groupware projects since 1995, mosly for IBM consulting all over Europe.
• Richard Sampson. Richard is a PCLP (application development) for Domino v4, v5 and v6 and has been developing solutions for Notes and Domino since 1996 for firms including BDO, Lotus/IBM, JP Morgan amongst others. He has worked as an accountant, and has an honours degree in Physics.
• Roy Holder. He started his IT career in mainframe operations and has been involved in corporate IT ever since. He started with Lotus Notes v3 and has been involved with Domino for 10 years.
• Ian Tree. Ian is our Chairman & business mentor and has been in IT for the last 30 years, at senior management and technical positions.
• Tony Holder is our Commercial and Sales manager, and has been involved in Domino for over 10 years. He brings a wealth of experience in software license sales negotiation and business management.
