Administration Experience

Administration ease-of use cannot be underestimated. One of our competitor products took FOUR man weeks to set up. Ours typically takes under three hours. The ease of use extends to the people who actually configure the product, as well as those who use it.

Administrator access to FirM is dictated via Roles set in the Access Control List. When a user is granted Administrator access, he sees a new option on the left hand side - "Tools". This opens up the FirM Control Panel

By Default, this shows the profiles tab - the most frequently used part of the FirM configuration

From the first tab, the administrator can access the configuration profile for FirM. This part of the configuration profile shows the multi-domain capability of FirM, where one copy of FirM is managing four Lotus Domino domains.

The third tab on the control panel shows the Scheduled Agents Control Panel:

The agents can be enabled, disabled, ran, and the target server set from this screen.
