There are three options for obtaining Information:

These kind of requests can be issued by everybody and are generally related to service procedures, sales, customer specific requirements etc.

The Support Desk has a policy to answer support requests by mail within 24 hours during working days.

HADSL customers are granted access to an on-line web based and RSS based SPR (Software Problem Report) database which allows the creation of new SPR's and the tracking of their progress towards completion.
