User Overview

The end-user experience within FirM is straightforward. FirM is a standard Domino application, and uses business language familiar to your business. You do not have to learn anything new to use FirM.

Users only see the transactions they are allowed to use, and only see information relevant to their requests.

All transactions in FirM can be set to process almost immediately. Business users within sections can be nominated to perform almost all administration actions against the Lotus Domino environment - for that business section. This means a huge cost-saving in time, and more control over your working environment.

FirM allows new users to be immediately useful by proving access to the Lotus Domino environment within minutes, instead of days. This reduces the amount of password-sharing that has to happen to be able to work efficiently

FirM allows you to create new groups and/or applications whenever you want - not when the Administrator is available to perform tasks for you.
